Not a fan of the opaque statusbar but just haven't gotten around to using adb or root explorer to tweak the apk with the status bar to a transparent one.

I just think the Bionic isn't impressive any more. It's about 3 or 4 months to late to be impressive. AT&T has had the Atrix, which is pretty much the same phone, since like March.

On Verizon, I'd be tempted to see if there is anything to the Nexus Prime/Droid Prime rumor.

Yes I realize there are others phones boasting the same specs as the Bionic already but not on Verizon. Who gives a fuck about At&T? Not people that want to make calls.

After what has happened with the Bionic I am not waiting for shit from Verizon anymore.

I didn't have any issues making calls on AT&T. I was generally pleased with them, just decided to go to Sprint because they had a phone I wanted more, and they are cheaper.

Verizon has the best network, hands down.

The Bionic just doesn't do it for me, especially at the rumored $300 price point.

Agreed but it is cheaper than cancelling and going somewhere else. Plus I will be able to keep my grandfathered unlimited plan for a while more hopefully because with this phone I would probably need it.

so i plan on getting the bionic soon. would i be better off trading my phone in for the 100 credit or trying to sell it privately for more money. i dont know if id be able to get much more privately though. I have the original droid but a brand new "refurbed" one i got a week ago. whatchyall think?

I thought about doing that but when I read closer it kept saying "buy online" and "upgrade to a smartphone from a basic phone" so I wasn't sure if it would work if you already had a smartphone. Plus I was too impatient for free overnight shipping and went to the store
