Detailing Products Used at Lees Summit Subaru

Hi!

Saw a sign at Lees Summit Subaru for $199 complete detail. Called down but the service advisor couldn't tell me exactly what they do and what products they use.

So, I really need the seats extracted - does this shop do a good steam extraction of the upholstery?

And what products / chemicals do they use on the paint? Interior plastics?

Thanks for any pointers or help getting these answered.
