    1. How many bags of charcoal did yall get and what was the weight?
    2. I'll bring some cash to chip in for the shelter.
    3. We're picking up and prepping Wilbur tonight. I got the truck situation figured out for tomorrow.
    4. Timeframe wise, I'd like to be there by around 11am, it'll cook for 4 hours, and then another half hour or so to cool so we should be eating between 330 and 4.

    We are still bringing the 3 bean salad. Think it is 4 bean now and about 7 cans so should have lots. Can make up a bowl of potato salad too if you would like or need more of. Just let me know.

    Alex you are doing PLENTY, don't worry about any cash.

    I called the office this morning and they said the shelter is not reserved the first half of the day by a party / group, but is for an "administrative function". Maybe doing some maintenance or something. I assume you will be fine getting there that early as long as you stay out of their way.

    Bought two 18lb bags of charcoal. Do you have what you need for cooking the pig or are you also needing charcoal?

    Nah I keep plenty around. And as far as an administrative function, I'll let you know if they give me any hell, but I'm sure it will be fine. I'm just going to set it up around 11 and start fishin.
