FS/FT 97 Impreza Outback Sport with built EJ22 stroker- Project Car

The time has come for me to part ways with my beloved OBS. She still runs like a bat out of hell but I don't have time or money to get her up to passable DD status or to add the final touches to make this into a formidable track car. I'm also looking for another subaru that isn't so labor intensive, preferably a manual.

    Power(Build Thread: http://kcsubaru.com/showthread.php?5...build-97-OBS):

EJ22t closed deck block (+ oil squirters)
    Wiseco stroker pistons
EJ25d crankshaft (blueprinted for higher oil clearances)
    ACL tri-metal crank bearings
Outfront H-Beam rods (rated at 150 hp per rod)
    12mm oil pump (JDM STI)
    EJ251 heads
    ARP headstuds
    Delta 1500 regrind cams
    EJ253 intake manifold
    WRX 440 top feed injectors
    Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
    AEM fuel pressure regulator
    Kinugawa TD06-SL2 20G turbo
    Bellmouth HKS catless downpipe
    Custom Spearco top mount intercooler
Spec stage 1 clutch with Spec resurfaced flywheel
Emanage Blue piggyback tuner with PnP harness (completely labeled and made by me)
    Stock transmission
    Rear disc brakes
New timing belt kit (Gates) and water pump

    Suspension:
    KYB GR2 struts
    Stock sways and springs
    New rear wheel bearings

    The Bad:
    Needs a tune
    Rusty Quarter Panel spots
    Clutch chatters
    Tires are almost worn out.

    Chassis has~224k miles, Transmission ~ 175k, and engine/clutch has ~10k.

Overall there is plenty of potential for this car and it pains me greatly to have to let it go. I don't have the budget or place to do the rest of the work to make this car what I wanted. The car is still a blast to drive and pulls quite hard despite running only 10 psi. I've put a good 5,000 into the engine, I'm asking 4000 OBO or trade (plus cash on my end for the trade, if necessary)

Chris, have you thought about registering on the SpecialStage forum & listing it as a potential rally car?

DanC- I have thought about that except the engine setup is not exactly kosher with a lot of the rules and regs. However that crowd may not care about making said setup kosher. I'll go take a look. EDIT: I'll be putting it up there as well when I'm approved.

aksc- Most likely I'll be keeping those and putting them on the wagon I get to replace this one. Likely will be a leggy wagon so it should fit.

That's a classic, Woody. We'll miss seeing her at the Rally. What kind of Legacy are you looking for?

I'm looking for a manual transmission subaru wagon, be it a legacy, forester or impreza. Hell a baja would be pretty sweet too, however I don't think I'll find one to trade into. Something that can haul a lot of stuff around and cruises on the highway decently well. While I won't be building the engine or anything, I am thinking about a bit of a lift if the suspension needs replaced.
