NICE work! Very clean and even. What product/application method did you use?

120 grit sand paper, taped off the line because with this whatever is not covered will get painted. it is rustoleum or whatever truck bed liner. it only took about 30 mins and i could touch the piece and i waited 45 mins and put a second coat on. then another 30 and put them back together. the front bumper was the hardest. the sides were cake work.

NEVER would have guessed 'rattle-can'! No sags or build-up; looks great.

I think the grill and the "lip" looks really good. For the skirts I would have tried to find some wrx or sti skirts and put them on. I think it would have gave the car a lower, even look.

oh and its really easy to work with as well. nothing like using regular paint. i thought about the roll on but the can is cheaper and it was easier in my eyes. total with tap and both cans it took(over half of the second one left) me i'm at like $20 even. fun project after seeing it all done i'm happy and i have a "lip" that won't EVER scratch.

Looks great. 8) Let me know when you black out your headlights if the process is all that difficult.

I have some new WRX side skirts for sale. Might make your car look more... Agressive?

I told him to do that but he doesn't like the "lower" look it creates.

The grill I am not too crazy about but the black trim around the bottom looks really good. Reminds me of the 04 versions with the black sides.

skyline offered me an sti grill thinking about it while i'm doing mine with the metal would look good with the black trim. i thought a few times about the grill doing them finally i said screw it. if i don't like it i can buy new ones. the bumper i'm stuck with because i couldn't imagine buying another bumper, but with the sides i could cover up with skirts. with my car in front of my buddies sti from a distance i didn't see a difference but from the sides they stick out way too far i got little kids that climb into my car and they wouldn't stand a chance.
