At 350 you may start having clutch slip, but the gears should be OK IMHO.

A big factor in the longevity of the tranny is your driving style/ talent. If you are easy on your tranny and know how to use a manual gearbox properly your tranny will last a long time even at 350+ hp level.

I have a Exedy stage 1 organic disc clutch and it holds my 274hp and 313tq at the wheels fine.

Torque and driving habits kill transmissions. If you are worried about grenading your transmission, upgrading your clutch is not a good idea. When that thing grabs where do you think all the driveline shock goes?

A little slip is better than busted gears, IMO.
