is fun, i splurged tonight,

i took the wrx out, the legacy, and the cj-5

the wrx tho the most fun, is not running right.

the legacy tho warm was kinda weak sauce.

the cj-5 tho powerful was cold and hard to see out the windows.

also, i got evil eyed by a police officer. who i passed on my way to qt,

he was going like 20 in a 45 for some reason.
i was going like 35 for safety sakes.

RAWR, I just got back from doing the same thing...Sadly the winter tire and wheel set-up is not here yet, so the Dunlops got a work out...They suck.

I had a blast tho, there are some large parking lots around me.

No winter time fun for me...didn't adjust my ride height any and I still have the Volks on. Epic fail. Oh well. The bugeye is officially parked for the next week.

If anyone is in Independence and gonna be out playin' around, blow up the G1...405-962-9777!!!!!!!!

i havent had this much fun in a car EVER! What a blast!

Found some big lots around here to play in. But im still searching for a large lot with only a couple inches in it. Only large lots i have found have some deep snow, but still fun as hell!

Its fun to see dudes mouths drop when you come around corners side ways, exhaust roaring, baybass vavle whistling! yeeehaaaaa! :P

Too much fun!!!

Parked the Jetta (it wouldn't go anywhere anywho lol) and have been driving the wagon everyday!! Got it stuck, dug it out and taught Rach the joys of donuts and awd!

The only thing that scares me about this nastiness are the other idiots on the road, oh yeah, the terrible KCMO plow crew. It's Kansas City, IT SNOWS PEOPLE!

Drive safe everyone!

Well you all can have fun for me! I'm still terrified of most of the snow action, but I finally managed to drive in it with out almost having a panic attack :D

I love that look!

I ripped thru the Red X parking lot sideways today threw a couple donuts in for good measure and drew a bit of an audience.

All you STi specialists. What DCCD setting should I be using for drifting/donuts? The WRX will flip almost end around end with just a wheel crank and a blip of the throttle. The STi doesn't want to let loose that easy on AUTO.

Auto is activily trying to straighten the car.

I would probably start in Lock and move back.. :)

I haven't really gone to a lot yet.. :)

DCCD - Manual

3 clicks back from full lock seems to give me the most front grip and the greatest amount of slip in the rear.

With mine I did a few donuts, They were fun.

In lock I could pretty well spin on center, I even reversed the spin.

In full rear (slightly more availible in 04) I could do a pretty classic donut, front wheels did pretty much nothing, back end went round and round.

Macho I think you are right, right in the middle you could probably do all the drifting moves on a good snowy lot. 8)

Oh and Chris would say, "spining around gets the oil away from the pick up and can hurt you motor"

So I would not get in a lot and do just circle after circle. Everyone may remember the video of that STi blowing up in a muddy arena. :(
