You guys all forgot to post your policy limits. These days if you are rolling with less than 100/300 you are under insured. Also, in MO you have to ask for under-insured motorist coverage.

Mine is right at $100/mo

SafeCo. insurance (recently purchased by liberty mutual)
Policy Limits 100,000/300,000
Rental car = yes
Towing = yes
uninsured motorist
under-insured motorist
5k med pay
500/500 deductible
age 33/single

i was paying that much on a 91 grand prix with liability only, of course it was a few years ago but i still had a clean record
my insurance has always been ridiculous no matter what i was on. nobody has an explanation for it either.

Ha! maybe it is more expensive for old crappy cars! I know I have been paying this much for two years, I have certainly paid mroe in insurance than what I bought the car for; if it ever crashes, i am going to let them know that, and hope I get a better settlement ;)

Because I registered the WRX to my parent's address (I don't like registering things to an apartment) I had my dad put me on their state farm insurance policy to keep the rate down.

I pay about $200 a month or $1200 for 6 months with full coverage. Before I was paying $500 for just liability on my Nissan 300zx. But my driving record + age=bad mix :(

If I wasn't on my dad's policy it would have been more like $1800... or more depending on company.
